With over 18 years industry experience, I have developed a strong understanding of leasehold legislation and industry best practice.
My role, as the strategic and operational lead for the B-hive Property Solutions business, is to work closely with the various department heads to continuously look to improve the service delivery to our client base, providing them with many of the services required to assist them with the running of their buildings.
With a strong focus on technology, and excellent customer service the heart of everything we do, we strive to become the back office to the block management industry.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the property finance industry. I have been with the Vegner group since September 2007 and have gained an extensive knowledge of leasehold accounting legislation and industry best practice.
I am responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the B-hive Property Solutions Client Finance division. Ensuring we are compliant at all times is pivotal within our operations, and giving peace of mind to all our clients is at the forefront of what we do.
As Health and Safety Director for B-hive Property Solutions my focus is to broaden our health and safety service provision, to ensure we keep pace with an ever changing health and safety landscape.
To ensure that B-hive Property Solutions and our clients stay ahead of the curve, I sit on The Property Institutes health and safety committee and actively help towards shaping guidance and standards that are released.
With over 12 years’ experience in the residential health & safety sector, I am constantly striving to deliver an excellent service to our many clients in what can be described as an incredibly complex world of health & safety and fire risk.
I have worked within the Vegner Group for 17 years, starting as a Property Manager and then in 2012 moving across to manage some of the back-office functions including Company Secretary, Section 20 and Health & Safety.
I was appointed as Director of B-hive Site Staff Solutions in 2019 having experienced managing properties with site staff when I was myself a Property Manager. I therefore have a good understanding of the importance of having hard working and loyal employees at our developments and the ability to provide additional support to our Property Managers.
I am very excited to grow this service provision and adapt alongside the changes across the whole Group.
I thrive in fast-paced environments and find great satisfaction in this type of work, with several years’ experience in conveyancing, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities and intricacies involved in property transactions, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support throughout. Prior to joining B-hive Property solutions, I had dedicated myself to developing effective strategies for managing call centre operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Since joining B-hive Property Solutions, my responsibilities have centred around the service delivery of the Company Secretarial, Conveyancing and Legal Administration departments, reviewing and enhancing our processes to ensure the operation is efficient, adaptable, and fully centred around the needs of our clients. Our goal is to provide property services that are recognised and valued by our customers.
